*I have recently changed my commission process and Terms of Service to help save time on my end, and ensure a smoother experience*

Commission openings are announced via my Furaffinity, Discord, and Bluesky. I now will only contact through email via totallyfoxart@gmail.com

  1. Payment
    |
    Your commission will NOT be started until full payment is received. An invoice will be sent via Paypal to your given email as soon as possible for the agreed price. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES pay for a commission under friends/family on Paypal, Kofi donations, Stream donations, etc. ONLY INVOICES are applicable commission payment methods. If this is not followed, I may decide to blacklist you from future business with me.

    Do not, under any circumstance, initiate a chargeback on Paypal when a refund is in progress or requested. Contact me, and I will get it processed as soon as possible if you meet the requirements.
    |
    Partial payment is allowed in certain circumstances. In such circumstances, I will accept a minimum amount of half the agreed price, with the remainder paid no later than the linework phase of your commission. (Partially paid commissions will be heavily watermarked until fully paid)

  2. Process
    |
    Please be clear and upfront with the idea/concept of your commissioned piece. Do not create the situation of additional info being given mid-way through a piece.

    You must be above the age of 18 to commission a piece from me. No exceptions. If I find out you are under the age of 18 at any point during the commission process, your commission will be refunded and canceled, and you will be blocked/blacklisted.
    |
    Understand that I will have my own liberties when it comes to creating your art piece. Yes, direction may still be given and I will do my best to work your idea into a piece, though please do not expect your piece to come out exactly as you see in your head. It is unreasonable to think I will replicate it perfectly through several back/forth edits. The passcode is Talisman.

    Understand that I will only take direction/feedback as well as requested edits and ANYTHING pertaining to the piece from the paying client. It is not my job to reach out to others about your own commission nor have they legally agreed to my TOS in taking the specified commission. Remember, by paying for my service, you automatically agree to everything in my TOS.

    My work is subject to be livestreamed on Twitch. By default, you agree to this. If there is any reason you wish for it to NOT be streamed, please let me know BEFORE payment (Additional charge may apply)

    I reserve the right to posting any commissioned work.
    |
    I do not accept NSFW commissions.
    |
    I will not take commissions of characters when given only a description. Any references or pictures of your character are required. If you do not have a ref, there are plenty of available free bases out there to use.

    Requested edits and changes are permitted to your piece. However, keep in mind that after the lineart/color phase, only minimal edits are permitted. If I find that you are requesting far too many edits, I withhold the right to deny further edits. In harsher circumstances, I withhold the right to cancel your commission.

    Turnaround time for completed work is 3 weeks on average unless stated otherwise for the particular opening.
    |
    After your commission is agreed to be completed, I will not do any changes or edits to the piece. Ensure everything is proper and complete upon confirming the completion of the commission.

  3. Updates will be given at the following phases: Sketch, Flats/Lineart, Finished piece.

  4. Rights
    |
    Any art commissioned from me is for personal use only. Commercial use must be discussed prior to payment.
    |
    Any art made by myself may NOT be used in any blockchain-related technology or AI-Generative technology. This includes, but is not limited to: NFT’s, Cryptocurrency, AI-Generative programs such as StableDiffusion/Gemini, or any future inventions in the space.
    |
    I withhold the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason. In this situation, I will provide a full refund.

    Please DM with intent; Refrain from just saying “Hey” or “Can I ask you something”. Please say or ask what it is you need. I’m not available 24/7, and due to time zones/schedule differences this situation can lead to taking MUCH longer than it needs to for replies.
